Dinosaurs!
On a cold day we decided to go on a nature walk out of desperation to get out of the classroom. On our walk we found a sandpit. As the kids started digging they found dinosaur bones under the sand! The kids were so excited they were begging me to call a museum and tell them what they had found! Looks like our next project will be titled "dinosaur bones and fossils."
